At Integer the students are provided an excellent learning environment with plenty of resources for their support. This includes an library with extensive set of reference books, and online resources that are a wealth of information.

Our guided exercises, FAQs and Question Bank, supplement the course material that we supply to make for effective learning.

At integer we provide numerous electronic resources to assist learning. The revolution in communication and internet technologies are used to the hilt to deliver high quality education and learning irrespective of where a person is located. Our electronic content delivery systems are suited to deliver video, text based content to any of the learning centers and even at home.

The typical training program is divided into class room and lab sessions. The class room sessions consist theory and demonstration sessions. The lab sessions are a combination of guided exercises and practise. This provides a ratio of 1:1:1 for Training:Learning:Application This has been found to be most effective in ensuring learning.

All knowledge is useful only when applied. The training methodology at Integer is oriented towards learning and successful application. We call this "Learning To Application" or LTA in short. The program format ensures that a candidate spends ample time in acquiring knowlegde and also in practising to apply it. The application phase ensures that the learning is thorough.
